1. The infrared hemisphere of the home surveillance camera system and the all-in-one machine have poor image illumination, whitening or bright white aperture at night, and whitening during the day
This phenomenon is caused by vibration during machine assembly or transportation, and the phenomenon of image whitening or bright white aperture is mainly caused by the infrared light emitted by the infrared light-emitting tube being refracted to the lens through the dome cover.
The solution to this phenomenon is to prevent the infrared light from refracting to the surface of the lens of the home battery powered surveillance camera system. Usually, a sponge ring is used to isolate the lens from the infrared light. When assembling, the dome cover must be tightly attached to the sponge ring!
2. The image of the infrared home monitoring system is normal during the day, and the image is white at night
Generally, this phenomenon occurs because the machine is used in an environment with reflective objects or in a small space. It is caused by infrared light reflection. To solve this phenomenon, first determine whether there are reflective objects in the use environment, and try to improve the installation environment or installation angle as much as possible.
Secondly, check whether the effective infrared distance of the home monitoring system is compatible with the actual use distance; if a long-distance infrared machine is used in a small space, the machine image will be white due to excessive infrared light.
Most of this situation occurs when the infrared lamps of other companies have been used before, because the false standard components of the infrared lamp indicators in the market are too large, so that the engineering business has adapted to this dislocation phenomenon.
When considering the infrared distance, a margin of 50% or even more than double is often used. When the home surveillance camera system is actually used and installed, the light is too strong, and the battery operated home security cameras "can't open its eyes". The solution is to match the illumination distance. infrared light source.
3. Home surveillance camera system has no image
First check whether the polarity of the external power supply is correct, whether the output voltage meets the requirements (power supply error: DC12V±10%, AC24V±5%), and then check whether the video connection is in good contact;
If you use a manual aperture lens, you need to check whether the aperture is open, and if you use an automatic aperture lens for a home monitoring system, you need to adjust the LEVEL potentiometer to make the aperture in the proper position.
4. Color distortion and color cast in home surveillance camera system
It may be that the white balance switch (AWB) is not set properly, or the ambient light conditions have changed too much. At this time, you should check whether the switch setting is in the OFF position, and you should find a way to improve the ambient light conditions.
5. The image of the home surveillance camera system is distorted or geometrically distorted
This phenomenon may be a problem with the geometric correction circuit of the camera or monitor or a problem with the optical lens, or it may be that the characteristic impedance of the video connection cable or device does not match the output impedance of the 1080p home security camera system.
When the above phenomenon occurs, please check whether the optical lens used is abnormal and whether the input impedance switch of the monitor is set to 75Ω, and then check whether the impedance of the video connection cable used is 75Ω.
6. Several black vertical bars or horizontal bars appear on the screen of the home surveillance camera system
This situation is generally caused by the excessive ripple of the output voltage of the power supply of the home surveillance camera system or insufficient power.
